Ne Kiesha K. Weikel (Kiesha) is a dedicated grant consultant who began her journey in 2016, writing grants to secure funding for child advocacy centers. Her passion for helping vulnerable communities led her to expand her work, and in 2020, she transitioned into writing as a contractor. In 2024, Kiesha took her expertise to new heights by founding The Weikel Writing Studio, which offers a range of grant-related services.

As a long-time resident of Atlanta, GA, Kiesha brings over 14 years of public service experience. She has worked as a Public Servant, a Forensic Interviewer of Child Victims, and a Program Director and Consultant for child advocacy centers across the Metro Atlanta area. In these roles, she actively contributed to fundraising efforts, drafting donation request letters, securing in-kind contributions, and writing grants for essential program funding. In addition to her grant writing and consulting expertise, Kiesha serves as a Notary Public.

Kiesha’s academic background includes a degree from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, where she discovered her passion for empowering nonprofits and small businesses. Her mission is to assist organizations in expanding their scope and reaching their full potential through effective grant writing and strategic growth planning.
